Welcome to the Court Mediation Program website. The CMP offers a free Small Claims mediation service at select courthouses in British Columbia. The CMP is operated by the BC Dispute Resolution Practicum Society, a non-profit organization, supported generously by funding from the Ministry of the Attorney General, Dispute Resolution Office.
